RETURN & REFUND POLICY – MYVEX

Returns due to defects or issues only

At MyVex, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, we do not accept returns for change of mind. We only offer returns and refunds if the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged during shipping, or different from what you ordered, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@myvex.online. Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the problem.

Once the issue is verified, we will offer one of the following solutions: a replacement or a full refund. Eligible refunds are processed as quickly as possible.

Conditions for eligibility

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and the issue must be confirmed by our support team. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size or preference, sale items or gift cards, personal care or hygiene products once opened, or custom or personalized products.

European Union customers (legal notice)

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal as required by EU law. This right does not apply to sealed goods that are unsealed after delivery, hygiene or personal care products, or customized items.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval. If you do not receive your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at info@myvex.online.
